Adding and organizing your products and services ensures streamlined operations and accurate billing. This article explains how to create, import, and manage them effectively.
Key Features
- Add products/services manually or via CSV.
- Define key attributes such as price, type, and description.
- Manage inventory and stock for physical products.
Step 1: Adding a Product/Service
- Navigate to Sales > Products/Services.
- Click Add Product/Service.
- Enter the following details:
- Name: The product/service name.
- Type: Choose between Product or Service.
- Price: Enter the unit price.
- Stock: Enable stock management if applicable.
- Click Save to add the item.
Step 2: Importing Products/Services via CSV
- Prepare a CSV file with columns: Name, Price, Type, and Stock Details.
- Click Import Products and upload the file.
- Map columns and confirm the upload.
Managing Products/Services
- Use filters to find specific items by name or type.
- Edit or remove items using the action buttons.
